Key Responsibilities:
- Support faculty and students in matters of academic performance, advisement, and discipline
- Coordinate student activities, accommodations, and campus services
- Provide campus-level leadership and assist with scheduling, curriculum support, and institutional reporting
- Supervise part-time student workers and staff, and serve as test center administrator
- Oversee Student Services and Learning Resource Center operations
- Collaborate with campus and institutional leadership to improve student outcomes and share best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent education and experience)
- Minimum of five years’ experience in higher education, including teaching or training
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Familiarity with learning management systems and student services a plus
