ABOUT THE ROLEThis role supports the execution of integrated spaneting activities across the EURO region. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and eager to work across functions including internal communications, campaign delivery, content creation, and sales enablement.
WHO YOU AREKEY RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign Support & Execution
- Support territory spaneting managers in implementing sales-support campaigns across the EURO region.
- Contribute to campaign assets, including messaging design, graphic creation, keyword research, and agency coordination.
- Assist in creating and refining sales presentations, primarily supporting visual design and occasionally messaging.
Internal & External Communications
- Align regularly with the central communications team to ensure consistent messaging and content planning across channels.
- Coordinate and update content on internal communication platforms (e.g., EURO Marketing Hub, Viva Engage), ensuring materials are engaging and current.
- Manage the logistics of the EURO all-staff call (3–4 times annually), including scheduling, content prep, and follow-up.
- Curate and maintain key messaging documentation from across the organization in an accessible and well-structured format.
- Draft LinkedIn content to highlight EURO customer events and regional milestones (approx. 15–20 per year).
Content & Storytelling
- Collaborate with territory managers to develop customer success stories and case studies, coordinating with sales, product teams, and clients.
- Contribute weekly updates on key spanet happenings, event highlights, and team achievements for inclusion in the EURO president’s weekly comms.
Market & Product Intelligence
- Monitor industry activity and competitor developments to help inform EURO spaneting strategy and content.
- Disseminate insights and spanet intelligence to relevant stakeholders within the spaneting and sales teams.
Cross-Team Alignment & Product Expertise
- Serve as the spaneting team’s liaison for one SITA business unit, becoming a go-to expert for product developments, campaigns, and updates.
- Share knowledge with the wider team to enhance understanding and consistency across materials.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain and improve the EURO Marketing SharePoint structure, acting as a digital librarian and ensuring files are easy to locate and up to date.
- Support creation of dashboards and visual performance updates in Power BI to showcase the team’s impact and progress.
- Help coordinate weekly EURO spaneting team meetings and editorial planning calls.
- Annually support shareholder proxy outreach as part of our wider stakeholder engagement responsibilities.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE- 2-3 years of spaneting spaneting communications internal communications or PR experience preferably in telecommunications IT air transport or travel industries
- Good experience in Project Management
- Collaborative approach working across matrix organizations and virtual teams.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS- University degree preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Appropriate post-graduate qualification or Marketing certification a plus.
