Summary:
Coordinate, supervise, and manage aircraft maintenance and release activities for the MH-139 program.
Strong O-level experience and be comfortable working rotating shifts and traveling for detachments as needed.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee MH-139 maintenance and repair activities
Supervise maintenance teams during assigned shifts to meet flight schedules
Inspect aircraft and certify all maintenance is complete and accurate
Maintain and certify Aircraft/Engine Logbook entries
Execute maintenance control responsibilities including scheduling and prioritizing tasks
Ensure compliance with the Exceptional Release process
Communicate clearly and effectively-both written and verbally
Work collaboratively across teams to meet operational deadlines
May be exposed to noisy, dusty, or uncomfortable environments (e.g., heat, cold, wind)
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance Required to Start
Education/Experience: Typically acquired through a Bachelors degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent (e.g., Masters + 8 years, or 14 years of directly related experience)
Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance or flight operations processes
Minimum 3 years experience in aircraft maintenance involving configuration management and release for flight
Willingness to work variable shifts including nights and weekends
O-level maintenance experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
