Electronics Engineer
Location: Broad Oak
Duration: 6 months
Rate: 38.97 per hour PAYE or 52.50 per hour Umbrella
Our client is seeking an Electronics Engineer to support and enhance legacy analogue and digital systems within a specialist engineering team focused on high-reliability motion control equipment.
In this role, you’ll:
• Work on complex legacy systems (circa 1980s–90s), providing solutions for obsolescence, defect resolution, and design support.
• Apply your expertise in analogue and digital design, component evaluation, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate across disciplines including Systems, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Safety Engineering.
• Operate independently under limited technical direction, contributing to system integration and test activities.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong background in analogue/digital electronics design in defence, marine, or other high-integrity environments.
• Proven ability with legacy systems and obsolescence management.
