Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Engineering, Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ related experience preferable in simulation; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and expertise for this level usually results from internal progressive experience. However, selection for this position is based on the demonstrated ability of the person to successfully fulfill the requirements listed.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Languages: C++ and FORTRAN required. Assembler, C, recommended.
- Operating Systems: Microsoft, UNIX required; OS32 preferred
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Able to fly simulator including takeoffs, landings, basic navigation skills and various flight maneuvers.
- Valid Driver’s License, where applicable
- Valid current or able to acquire a Passport
