Junior Technical Documentation and Digital Systems Engineer 

Based in Budapest 

Purpose of the position:

Junior Technical Documentation and Digital Systems Engineer is a role designed to ensure that CAMO engineering documentation and administrative tasks are correctly handled accordingly to regulations and in compliance with internal standards. The position’s responsibilities are to work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the operational systems with up-to-date data and to develop new features and improve processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support CAMO by providing comprehensive documentation records and reviewing maintenance data.
• Manage technical records of line and base maintenance.
• Manage and handle all technical documentation of CAMO.
• Manage maintenance manuals issued by Airbus and part manufacturers.
• Distribute the technical documentation internally and externally.
• Ensure all systems are updated with valid documentation and manuals.
• Ensure updated on-board folders are placed on-board aircraft.
• Prepare the necessary documentation and hardware for new deliveries.
• Cooperate with Flight Ops department.
• Develop and improve documentation processes and digitalization.
• Handle CVR/FDR readout recordings.
• Organize and administrate trainings for the CAMO and Technical Services departments.
• Organize and administrate internal technical department onboarding.
• Organize and administrate trainings of external providers to ensure compliance of maintenance procedures and quality control.
• Follow applicable requirements of Safety Management System i.a.w. Section 4 of OMM
• Handle personnel competence assessments.
• Assessment of new training providers.
• Ensure up-to-date internal training material and on-time performance.
• Ensure correctness of available instructions and guidance material.
• Development of training plan.
• Review and oversight systems user-accesses.
• Administration of Training Board meetings.
• Ensure Training Records are centrally stored, maintained, and audited.
• Support on projects and implementation of new processes.

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of work experience, with at least 1+ years relevant experience in the aeronautical industry
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Aviation technical and operational knowledge is an advantage
• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferrable technical degree)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Ability to live and work in Hungary
• Good oral and written presentations skills
• Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in coordination and organizational tasks
