  • Support aircraft recovery through technical guidance, logistics coordination, and management of crew duty-time considerations.

  • Provide real-time technical assistance to pilots and engineers during both in-flight and ground-based operational events.

  • Coordinate information flow following aircraft incidents and contribute to operational recovery planning.

  • Allocate aircraft in line with operational, engineering, and maintenance priorities.

  • Improve aircraft and engineering performance through proactive use of aircraft monitoring and prognostic tools.

  • Deliver specialist technical support while balancing safety, regulatory, technical, and commercial considerations.

About You

You will possess:

  • UK/EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 Licence.

  • Experience within a maintenance or maintenance control environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to interpret complex technical information.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • High levels of situational awareness and sound decision-making capability.

  • The ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Proven ability to deliver cost-effective solutions and drive operational efficiencies.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance.

  • Good understanding of airline operations and engineering procedures.

  • Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
