System Engineer
Based in BUD - Office
Purpose of the position:
The System Engineer manages airworthiness-related processes and documentation, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and supports the Continuing Airworthiness Manager in maintaining the safety and reliability of the fleet.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the assessment and approval process for AD, SB, AOT and Part 21 documents
- Create and manage aircraft airworthiness status reports (e.g., AD, SB, STC, MOD, LLP status)
- Support the Continuing Airworthiness Manager with AD/SB assessments and maintenance program reviews
- Maintain and report reliability data to internal and external stakeholders, including NAA, OEM, and Maintenance Providers
- Collaborate on the development and management of continuing airworthiness management processes and procedures
- Liasing with OEM and maintenance provider
- Perform regular spot checks of Continuing Airworthiness records
- Follow applicable Safety Management System requirements in line with Section 4 of OMM
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Maintenance and Engineering
Requirements:
- Overall 3-5+ years work experience, with 2+ years of relevant work experience within a Part-M approved organization
- University or college degree in Engineering
- A320FAM CEO/NEO type training (Level III) (desired);
- Fuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and Human Factors training (desired)
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Thorough knowledge of EASA Part-145 and Part-M regulations and Airbus manuals
- In-depth knowledge of the Continuing Airworthiness
- Proficiency in AMOS and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
