How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Senior Analyst within TOC Controllership supports financial processes related to the repair and maintenance of engines, airframes, and components within Technical Operations (TechOps). The role focuses on strengthening accounting workflows, improving process efficiency, and supporting accurate financial reporting. The position requires collaboration across Finance, TechOps, and Controllership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement & TransformationAnalyze existing accounting and finance processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.Recommend and implement workflow enhancements, including the use of SAP, Excel, and other financial systems.Collaborate with stakeholders across TechOps and Finance to support initiatives that improve efficiency and accuracy.Month-End Close & ReportingCoordinate month end close activities and ensure journal entries are completed accurately and on schedule.Prepare month end summaries for leadership review with clear and concise communication of results.Audit Support & GovernanceSupport internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests.Assist with SOX control activities and ensure adherence to internal control requirements.Collaboration & Ad Hoc AnalysisPartner with Controllership and TechOps Finance teams to support accurate reporting and strong financial stewardship.Conduct ad hoc analyses and accounting research, summarizing findings and recommendations for management.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Two or more years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit, preferably within the airline industry.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Working knowledge of SAP, Blackline, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
