How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The HR Strategy & Planning (HRSP) team plays a critical role in shaping the future of Delta’s people strategy, aligning enterprise HR priorities with business objectives and driving high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives that support our 100,000+ employees. As an HR Strategy & Planning Intern, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, data, and executive decision-making, working on high-visibility initiatives that directly inform senior leadership. Interns on our team are treated as internal consultants, owning meaningful workstreams and contributing to complex, ambiguous problems that require structured thinking and strong storytelling. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and ExcelComfortable working with ambiguity and balancing multiple workstreamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively and concisely, especially when synthesizing complex topicsDemonstrated curiosity, initiative, and ownership over deliverablesMust be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institutionAt least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scaleMust be able to work on a full-time basis for the Fall 2026 semester: August-DecemberStudent cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semestersMust be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the internshipWorking as a Co-op/Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation.
