We are seeking a skilled and motivated A&P Mechanic to join our maintenance team supporting Saab 2000 and ATR series aircraft. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity designed for aviation professionals looking to build a long-term career with growth potential in a stable and safety-driven environment.

In this role, you will perform a combination of line maintenance and hangar (heavy) maintenance, ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and reliability.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Conduct line maintenance troubleshooting and corrective actions to support daily flight operations
• Execute hangar maintenance tasks, including component changes, system checks, and heavy maintenance activities
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues and implement effective solutions
• Complete accurate documentation of all maintenance activities in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure aircraft airworthiness and readiness through thorough pre- and post-maintenance checks
• Collaborate with team members, leads, and management to meet operational and safety goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License – Required
• Minimum 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Experience with turboprop aircraft
• Hands-on experience with Saab 2000 and/or Saab 340 aircraft
• Familiarity with ATR 42 / ATR 72 aircraft
• Experience with additional platforms such as Dash 8 / Q400, Cessna Caravan, Hawker, and other general aviation aircraft
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Turboprop systems knowledge
• Attention to detail and safety compliance

This position offers excellent exposure to both line operations and heavy maintenance, giving mechanics the opportunity to expand their technical skill set across multiple aircraft platforms. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anchorage, AK.

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $65.00/hr.
