* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A&P License required.
* A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in heavy commercial maintenance.
* A minimum of 1 year of recent supervisory experience.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals, including SRM and GMM.
* Valid Driver’s License.
* Ability to work overtime as needed.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under pressure.
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

* Support and assist supervision of Upholstery, Paint, and Interiors teams, including assigning and prioritizing daily work.
* Provide guidance, training, and technical expertise to mechanics and team members.
* Oversee research of maintenance manuals and blueprints to ensure proper removal and installation procedures.
* Oversee removal of damaged interior components, including panels, to allow access for maintenance and inspection.
* Oversee repair, re-covering, and fabrication of seats, panels, and carpeting.
* Coordinate with other departments for parts procurement and scheduling.
* Assist with opening, tracking, and documenting work orders for non-routine tasks.
