We are seeking experienced Process Mechanics with 5+ years of maskant experience in aerospace to support fabrication and chemical processing operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to perform precision bench work on aerospace hardware with minimal supervision.

• Perform fabrication support activities including masking hardware for subsequent chemical processing
• Load, unload, and hang hardware for chemical applications and surface treatments
• Deburr, hand finish, and perform light hand forming on aerospace components
• Complete hand drilling and associated bench-type work using required equipment
• Ensure proper masking techniques to meet engineering and quality specifications
• Follow process documentation and work instructions for all chemical and finishing operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and adhere to all PPE and safety requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of maskant experience in aerospace required
• Skills:
  • Proficient in aerospace masking, deburring, hand finishing, and light hand forming
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, process docs, and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to obtain respirator certification upon start
• Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand and work for an entire 8-hour shift
  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
• Availability:
  • Primary shift: 2nd shift
  • Must be available to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to start within 2 weeks after offer acceptance
• Other:
  • No A&P license required
  • No personal tools required
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Must pass background check, drug test, and employment verification

Manufacturing/chemical processing environment. Exposure to chemicals, solvents, and noise per OSHA standards. All required PPE, including respirator, must be worn. Strict adherence to safety and environmental procedures required.
