We are looking for a Head of Talent Management and Employee Engagement to lead and elevate airBaltic’s people strategy. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on company culture, employee experience, and long-term organizational capability. We will entrust you toDrive airBaltic talent management and employee engagement agenda in alignment with organizational goals and dynamic business needs
Design, implement, and continuously improve talent management processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and development planning
Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee experience, and sense of belonging across the organization
Establish and lead the Talent Management and Employee Engagement Team
Enhance internal processes, tools, and frameworks related to talent management and employee engagement, including the design of people processes, surveys, feedback mechanisms, and related initiatives
What you will need to succeedRelevant university degree
At least 4 years of professional experience in talent management, employee engagement, or a related HR field, including experience in a leadership role
Excellent written and spoken English (required for work in international aviation industry)
Strong understanding of modern talent management and employee engagement practices
Proven track record of successfully introducing people processes in large organizations
Excellent team and stakeholder management skills
Interest in and familiarity with the application of AI in HR will be considered an advantage
