Job Profile Summary
The Project Manager (Operational Excellence) is responsible for delivering projects within time, scope, cost, and quality objectives to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing project stakeholder relationships, customer expectations, and requirements, as well as integrating lessons learned from previous projects. The ultimate goal is to lead Operational Excellence System (OES) projects to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Operational Excellence System (OES) projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency through the following key responsibilities:
• Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
• Define, implement, and drive a project team/organization throughout all project phases, including managing people from other functions in a matrix organization.
• Ensure effective integration of lessons learned from previous projects.
• Manage risks, opportunities, and contracts (internal or external) proactively.
• Oversee the effective management of partners and suppliers.
• Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications/Experience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the aerospace industry, preferably with a focus on Operational Excellence projects.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline).
• Recognized Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management software.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with change management and leading organizational change initiatives.
Desirable Qualifications/Experience
• Experience with Operational Excellence methodologies (such as Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Process Mapping, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in the identification of solutions to launch a project.
