  • Comfort working in a structured, lean manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as production needs change.
Why Work Here?

You will join a long-established metal finishing organization with over five decades of industry experience and a strong reputation in aerospace and related markets. The company offers a stable work environment with significant opportunities for growth at both local and broader levels. You will work in a culture that values continuous improvement, lean manufacturing practices, and ongoing learning, giving you the chance to develop new skills and advance your career over time.

Work Environment

The role is based in a spacious, modern plating and metal finishing facility that supports a full range of processing services in one location, helping streamline logistics and reduce lead times. The operation utilizes lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods, and supports a variety of processes including mechanical treatments (such as shot peen, polish, and abrasive blast), aluminum processing (anodize chemistries, chemical conversion coating, and hard anodize), electrolytic plating (including chrome, titanium cadmium, cadmium, and zinc-nickel), coatings and paints (primers, fuel tank coatings, topcoats, dry lubricants, and intumescent coatings), and non-destructive testing (fluorescent penetrant, magnetic particle, and nital etch), as well as other specialized processes like zinc spray, magnesium processing, and passivation. The facility serves aerospace, defense, industrial, recreational, commercial, and electronics customers across North America and Europe.
